Exhibit A Fees for lease of: Bradley Barn $300.00 per day of event. The Lease does not include use of the stalls in the barn. If it is required by Lessee to have a day or partial day for set up and teardown that would be in addition at $100.00/day. The set-up charge starts when preparation for the event commences on the property. A damage deposit in the amount of $150.00 will be required as outlined in the agreement, Item 6. Liability Insurance certificate will need to accompany check and the attached agreement prior to the event dates. Date(s) of the event to be held are: . If cancellation is not made within 5 days of a scheduled event the Shelby A & M has the right to retain 50% of the lease fee and return the damage deposit and 50% to the Lessee.
