Shelby County Fairgrounds 2008 Calendar
The Shelby County Farmers Market opened on April 26, 2008 and will be open every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Coots Barn of the Shelby County Fairgrounds. They will also open on May 8, 2008 on Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Metzger's Country Store in Simpsonville. Locally produced items available are free range eggs, perennials, shrubs and trees, jam, fresh vegetables, pickles, frozen organic whole chicken, fresh flowers, handcrafted outdoor furniture and handmade soap.
